About The Position
Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in Arizona to provide high-quality teletherapy services in a fully remote setting, as a W2 employee with full support, stability, and benefits. This role offers the opportunity to work from a private, secure space while delivering care through a HIPAA-compliant platform, with no commute and no distractions. The company provides licensure support, covering costs and administrative processes for obtaining licensure in high-demand states. As a W2 employee, you will receive guaranteed pay and support in building and maintaining a steady caseload, with a focus on continuity of care and long-term therapeutic relationships. Requirements
- Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses)
- 1–3 years of post-licensure experience
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms
- A private, confidential workspace
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote setting
