About The Position
The Nursing Resources team at Freeman works closely together in a cohesive environment, collaborating with charge nurses and leaders to assign staff and patients to appropriate units to ensure optimal patient care. This team includes Bed Control Specialists, Staffing Coordinators, and Direct Call Specialists, serving Freeman West, Freeman East, and Northwest Arkansas. Freeman Health System is the only locally owned, not-for-profit health system in the area, dedicated to improving the health of the communities it serves through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions. Based in Joplin, Missouri, Freeman is a 460-bed, three-hospital system that provides comprehensive healthcare services to over 450,000 people across Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. The system encompasses Freeman Hospital West, Freeman Hospital East, Freeman Neosho Hospital, Ozark Center (the region's largest behavioral health services provider), two urgent care clinics, numerous physician clinics, and various specialty services.
