About The Position

The Nursing Resources team at Freeman Health System works closely together in a cohesive environment, collaborating with charge nurses and leaders to assign staff and patients to appropriate units to ensure the best patient care. This team includes Bed Control Specialists, Staffing Coordinators, and Direct Call Specialists, serving Freeman West, Freeman East, and Northwest Arkansas. Freeman Health System is the only locally owned, not-for-profit health system in the area, dedicated to improving the health of the communities it serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions. Based in Joplin, Missouri, Freeman is a 460-bed, three-hospital system providing comprehensive healthcare services to an area covering more than 450,000 people across Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. The system comprises Freeman Hospital West, Freeman Hospital East, Freeman Neosho Hospital, Ozark Center (the area’s largest provider of behavioral health services), two urgent care clinics, numerous physician clinics, and various specialty services.

Requirements

Current Missouri CNA license or documented proof of passing Missouri Dept of Health and Senior Services Certified Nurse Assessment Competency, upon hire
