About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to generate sales through outbound and inbound phone calls. Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Proven experience making sales over the phone.
• Experience handling objections and closing sales.
• Ability to work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote sales team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
• Professional, proactive, persistent, and results-driven attitude.
• English proficiency is required if the position involves selling to English-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert interested prospects into customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Present product or service benefits clearly and confidently.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to increase sales opportunities and conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, and call activity.
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and sales processes.
• Continuously improve sales techniques, call performance, and customer engagement.
