About The Position

Skagit Radiology, Inc. / North Star Radiology is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Radiologists to join our collaborative, forward-thinking team serving Washington State and Alaska. This is a fully remote opportunity supported by strong infrastructure and a physician-focused culture. We are open to structuring this position as either a W-2 employee or a 1099 independent contractor, depending on candidate preference. The primary shift window is 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Scheduling can be tailored to candidate preference, including a Monday–Friday schedule with defined vacation weeks, a Monday–Sunday schedule for those preferring full weeks off, 7 on / 7 off, 7 on / 14 off, or other block schedule arrangements by mutual agreement. There is no overnight call. The role is supported by strong clinical and technical support, including dedicated IT support, an established call center infrastructure, and a fully staffed credentialing team for seamless onboarding. The practice offers a stable and robust payer mix.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Radiologist.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere within the United States.
• Willingness to work within the primary shift window of 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
• Flexibility in scheduling arrangements (e.g., Monday–Friday, 7 on / 7 off, etc.).
