About The Position

This is a 100% remote, full-time W-2 position for a Teleradiologist based anywhere in the US, requiring an active North Carolina Medical License. The practice is physician-owned and radiologist-led, emphasizing clinical quality, diagnostic autonomy, and a transparent fee structure, free from corporate PE backing. The role offers flexible scheduling options, including predictable overnight shifts (7-on/7-off) or flexible swing/evening shifts. The practice provides comprehensive support for obtaining additional state licenses. Both experienced attendings and graduating residents/fellows are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with successful completion of an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency.
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) by the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
• Must hold an active, unrestricted North Carolina Medical License in good professional standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, high-quality, and timely remote interpretations for general diagnostic emergency room, urgent care, and inpatient hospital case pipelines.
• Effectively manage diverse workloads across plain films and cross-sectional diagnostic modalities.
• Maintain a service-first, collaborative digital mindset when communicating critical findings to on-the-ground clinical teams.
