Remote Texas Teleradiologist – Overnight or Swing Shift (W-2)
About The Position
This is a 100% remote, regular full-time (W-2) position for a Texas-licensed radiologist. The practice is physician-owned and radiologist-led, emphasizing clinical quality, diagnostic autonomy, and a transparent fee structure, free from corporate PE backing. The role involves delivering accurate and timely remote interpretations for various medical settings, including emergency rooms, urgent care, and inpatient hospitals. The practice offers comprehensive support for obtaining additional state licenses and provides a complete enterprise-grade home PACS workstation. Candidates can choose between a predictable overnight 7-on/7-off rotation or flexible swing/evening shifts. Both experienced attendings and graduating residents/fellows are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with successful completion of an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency.
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) by the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
- Must hold an active, unrestricted Texas Medical License in good professional standing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, high-quality, and timely remote interpretations for general diagnostic emergency room, urgent care, and inpatient hospital case pipelines.
- Effectively manage diverse workloads across plain films and cross-sectional diagnostic modalities.
- Maintain a service-first, collaborative digital mindset when communicating critical findings to on-the-ground clinical teams.
