About The Position

OSF HealthCare is seeking a BC/BE Telepsychiatrist to join a growing virtual outpatient psychiatry team delivering care to diverse communities across Illinois. The practice is 100% remote with virtual providers, virtual patients, and virtual clinic operations. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday with occasional weekend call as needed. The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan, including adolescent and pediatric populations. Illinois medical licensure is required (or the ability to obtain it). The practice utilizes Epic EMR.

Requirements

Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
Shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Illinois medical licensure required (or ability to obtain).
