About The Position

The associate in this position must have experience to operate a busy, fast paced switchboard, capable of handling stressful emergency situations. The associate must also provide the best customer service at all times while using good discretion and judgment

Requirements

• Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• In-depth knowledge of PC, Windows 95-98, NT workstation, and Windows NT server administration.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle busy switchboard and emergency situations.
• Customer service focus is necessary.
