Systems Support Technician, Engineering - B Shift (Sun-Tues & alternating Wed, 5am-5pm)
About The Position
This role involves assisting in the processing of pilot line WIP using recently released factory system software. It serves as first-line support for factory system manufacturing software within a semiconductor wafer fab environment. The position requires configuration and definition of this software, acting as an intermediary between manufacturing operations and manufacturing engineering to gather requirements for software development. Additionally, the role includes performing UAT and quality testing before software deployment and training customers on the use of factory systems.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of wafer manufacturing processes and logistics
- Knowledge of SPC systems, applications, and rules
- Knowledge of MES Shop floor control systems
- Knowledge of equipment integration software systems
- Able to extract, summarize, interpret, and present process data
- Able to apply process data to decision making
Nice To Haves
- Some familiarity with Project Management applications
- History of problem solving; able to drive problems to resolution
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
