About The Position
The Telemonitoring Installer is responsible for traveling throughout the state to install, service or pick up equipment in client’s homes.
Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma; Associate preferred
- Minimum of Two (2) Years’ Experience in the geriatric field
- Maintains current Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Possess reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation and removal of Telemonitor equipment in patient’s homes throughout the state.
- Provides follow-up to patients after installation.
- Provides follow-up to telemonitor vendor and telemonitor staff after installation.
- Assists with associated paperwork.
- Communicates effectively and tactfully with patients, recognizing their age, cultural diversity, needs, abilities and physical condition.
- Can be depended upon to report to work on-time, use time off appropriately, and complete annual education & medical requirements.
- Performs other duties as required.
