About The Position

We are looking for an Installer to join our Trueform Concrete brand. This role helps install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, fireplace surrounds, and other concrete products on location at high-end residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, and comfortable performing physical labor on job sites. No experience is required — we are willing to train the right person, though prior experience with hand tools or installation work is a plus. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires regularly working on location, often before or after normal business hours, to meet installation schedules at client sites.

Requirements

Basic hand tool experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
Prior experience installing concrete countertops, tables, sinks, or fireplace surrounds is a plus.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to regularly lift and carry 100+ pounds.
Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as needed to meet on-site installation schedules (standard hours are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).
Positive attitude and willingness to work with a team to accomplish whatever task is necessary.
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working on-site at high-end residential and commercial properties.
Candidates must be over 18 years old to be considered.

Nice To Haves

Experience using hand and power tools (drills, levels, saws, etc.).
Experience working in construction, millwork, or a related trade.
Comfortable interacting professionally with homeowners and commercial clients on-site.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Basic knowledge of vehicle safety and cargo securement.

Responsibilities

Travel to high-end residential and commercial job sites to install concrete countertops, tables, sinks, fireplace surrounds, and other concrete products.
Assist with measuring, leveling, securing, and finishing countertops on-site to ensure a precise, professional fit.
Safely lift and maneuver heavy materials, regularly 100+ pounds, as part of daily installation work.
Use basic hand and power tools to complete installations and on-site adjustments.
Maintain a clean, organized job site by removing debris and packaging materials after each installation.
Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members while on-site.
Follow all safety protocols and driving regulations while operating company vehicles to and from job sites, and work as a team to accomplish whatever task is necessary.
