About The Position

The Telemonitoring Installer is responsible for traveling throughout the state to install, service or pick up equipment in client’s homes. This role involves traveling throughout the state to install, service, or pick up equipment in patients' homes. The installer will also provide follow-up to patients and the telemonitor vendor/staff after installation, assist with paperwork, and communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma; Associate preferred
• Minimum of Two (2) Years’ Experience in the geriatric field
• Maintains current Driver’s License and auto insurance
• Possess reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation and removal of Telemonitor equipment in patient’s homes throughout the state.
• Provides follow-up to patients after installation.
• Provides follow-up to telemonitor vendor and telemonitor staff after installation.
• Assists with associated paperwork.
• Communicates effectively and tactfully with patients, recognizing their age, cultural diversity, needs, abilities and physical condition.
• Can be depended upon to report to work on-time, use time off appropriately, and complete annual education & medical requirements.
• Performs other duties as required.
