About The Position

Monitor and interpret continuous cardiac rhythms across telemetry devices, ensuring constant vigilance over patient heart patterns to catch subtle changes early. Communicate critical changes and irregular heartbeats immediately to nurses and attending physicians, serving as the vital link that enables swift, life-saving clinical interventions. Document patient cardiac journeys accurately and thoroughly, providing the care team with reliable, high-quality records of rhythm transitions and trends. Manage telemetry equipment and supply inventories diligently to ensure life-monitoring devices are always fully operational, calibrated, and ready for patient use.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
