About The Position

Airvet is seeking licensed veterinarians to join its growing telehealth network. This part-time, fully remote role involves providing expert guidance to pet parents through scheduled telemedicine visits, all from the comfort of home. Airvet provides 24/7 access to video visits and chats with licensed veterinarians and pet care providers as an employee benefit to companies. The company is the #1-rated pet telemedicine app on the App Store and aims to make pet care accessible and stress-free.

Requirements

2+ years of clinical experience as a veterinarian
DVM or equivalent degree
US state license (preferred licensure in AL, AZ, CA, FL, ID, IN, KS, LA, MA, ME, MO, MS, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TX, VT, and/or VA)
A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Smartphone and desktop computer or laptop necessary
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow training and protocol
Comfortable using desktop and mobile apps; highly proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment
Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
A compassionate communicator and creative problem-solver who strives to deliver outstanding client experiences

Responsibilities

Monitor our portal, conduct scheduled visits, field teletriage requests, and respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Conduct video visits about canine and feline health problems
Complete follow-ups, including case documentation and administrative tasks
Ensuring compliance with Airvet’s best practices, service-level agreements (SLAs), and visit guidelines
Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and address operational challenges
Taking on additional duties as needed to support the Care Team
