About The Position

Richelieu Hardware is seeking a Telemarketing Representative for their BC Division, located in Richmond BC. This role is with a North American leader in specialty hardware and complementary products, with a history of continuous growth for 50 years. The position involves making calls and follow-ups to increase sales within a designated territory.

Requirements

Hold a college diploma (DEC) and/or relevant experience.
Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of technological tools such as the MS Office suite, Teams and Zoom.

Responsibilities

Promote sales development using virtual tools.
Respond to requests for information on products and services.
Conduct virtual presentations.
Prepare the product offering according to customer needs.
Follow up on sales and objectives.
Ensure ongoing communication with all customers regarding changes to products, prices, and improvements.
Keep knowledge of new products, procedures, services, and tools up to date by attending departmental training meetings.
