About The Position

This role focuses on B2B lead generation and appointment setting, involving high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers. The Telemarketer will build rapport, uncover needs, handle objections, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team. Outreach will be conducted through multiple channels including phone, email, text, and social media. The position requires tracking all outreach and activity within a CRM system like Salesforce and ensuring professional handoffs to the sales team. There are options for office, hybrid, or remote work.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound activity
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in facility services or a related industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media
  • Support and execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and approach
  • Track all outreach and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Follow up consistently with warm and prospective leads
  • Ensure a smooth and professional handoff to Outside Sales
