About The Position

Strittmatter Wealth Management Group is seeking an experienced and professional Telemarketer to support our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will contact prospective individuals generated through our firm's marketing efforts, including educational seminars, webinars, events, referrals, and other lead generation campaigns. Your primary responsibility is to engage prospective clients, confirm event participation when applicable, answer general non-advisory questions, build rapport, and schedule qualified appointments with our financial advisors. This role serves as an important first point of contact and plays a key role in delivering a professional client experience while supporting the firm's growth. The ideal candidate has extensive outbound calling experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and convert interested prospects into scheduled appointments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, appointment setting, inside sales, or a high-volume call center environment.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound calling, objection handling, appointment setting, consultative conversations, or phone-based sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, confident, and personable telephone presence with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel and maintaining detailed customer interaction notes.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and communicate within established processes and compliance guidelines.
  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within financial services, insurance, banking, wealth management, or other professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective individuals generated through the firm's marketing initiatives, including seminars, webinars, educational events, referrals, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients while providing a professional and welcoming first impression of the firm.
  • Confirm attendance for educational events, answer general questions regarding events or scheduling, and encourage participation when appropriate.
  • Qualify prospective clients based on established guidelines and schedule appointments with financial advisors.
  • Follow approved call scripts, communication standards, and compliance guidelines while adapting naturally to each conversation.
  • Accurately document call outcomes, appointments, and client interactions within the firm's CRM system.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients as directed to maximize appointment conversion and event participation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, events, and advisory teams to support client acquisition initiatives and enhance the overall prospect experience.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
