About The Position

The Telehealth Therapist-Professionals Program at All Points North is responsible for providing the highest levels of Addiction and Mental Health treatment services in a telehealth treatment facility. Telehealth therapists are responsible for providing individual and group therapy services to clients. The Telehealth Therapist- Professionals Program works as a part of an interdisciplinary team helping to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, facilitating its focus, goals and execution. The position covers outpatient and intensive outpatient caseloads in a telehealth setting, specifically for licensed and executive professionals with a focused treatment on the unique needs of safety-sensitive occupations.

Requirements

  • Current unrestricted clinical licensure in at least one U.S. state, including: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, or other equivalent independent behavioral health license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensure in states served by All Points North Professionals Program.
  • Colorado licensure required; must apply prior to start date.
  • Minimum three years of clinical experience providing behavioral health treatment.
  • Experience treating mental health and/or substance use disorders.
  • Experience providing telehealth services.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Ability to work and communicate well with people.
  • Adaptable and able to accept changes quickly and easily.
  • Willingness to address conflict appropriately.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • High moral and ethical values.
  • Willingness to be open to learning and growing.
  • Articulate, with interpersonal skills to work as an integral part of a team.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Appropriate references.
  • Transcript from an accredited university.
  • Appropriate interpersonal/personal boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy services to clients.
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate the focus, goals, and execution of treatment plans.
  • Cover outpatient and intensive outpatient caseloads in a telehealth setting.
  • Update referral sources with relevant clinical information.
  • Assist with collateral calls to referents, family members, friends, providers, and workplace entities.
  • Participate in treatment team staffing and trainings.
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and testing via telehealth, if indicated.
  • Collaborate with the professional's team, providing updates as necessary.
  • Participate in meetings with supervisor.
  • Create and modify content and curriculum for groups.
  • Carry outpatient and intensive outpatient caseload and services to clients.
  • Facilitate group therapy and individual therapy and couples/family therapy.
  • Document in EMR, including progress notes, treatment planning, case management notes, discharge summaries, and biopsychosocial assessments.
  • Create return to work recommendations and evaluate fitness for duty for professional clients.
