Telehealth Therapist

FabricUnited States,
$80 - $100Remote

About The Position

Forty million Americans currently live in a designated mental health professional shortage area. For millions more, the barrier is not geography but time: waitlists that stretch for weeks or a system that was not built around how they actually live. VirtualCare Medical Group (VCMG), the clinical organization delivering care to Fabric Health's patients and partners nationwide, exists to close that gap. Through a network of licensed mental health professionals, we connect patients with therapists who can meet them where they are, via video across all 50 states. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you define your own availability and carry a caseload you can sustain alongside your other clinical work. The minimum commitment is ten hours of patient-facing availability per week. You bring the license, the clinical training, and the experience; we provide the platform, credentialing support, and the clinical infrastructure that keeps you focused on the work. This is an independent contractor engagement. The patient population is intentionally diverse. We serve patients across demographics, geographies, and presenting concerns, because the access gap cuts across all of them. You will deliver the full scope of evidence-based outpatient teletherapy, from initial intake through ongoing treatment and documentation, without the overhead of running a private practice.
