Requirements

  • Licensed mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW).
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Currently licensed in California.
  • Experience working in integrated care settings.
  • Experience using evidence-based approaches, especially for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.
  • Tech-savvy, a quick learner, and excited about shaping the future of behavioral health through innovative, virtual care.
  • Energized by collaboration and interested in building better systems.
  • Able to work from a private, secure location with strong internet.
  • Open to working at least 2 hours per week during peak times (M-F 6:00-8pm PT, and/or Saturday 8am-2pm).
  • Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families.
  • Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate.
  • Lead group therapy sessions for caregivers of children with ADHD, anxiety, and co-occurring conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care.
  • Contribute to program development, evaluation, and research initiatives based on interests and organizational needs.
