About The Position

AgelessRx's Telehealth Physician will be responsible for working as part of our medical team, providing prescriptive services. This is a flexible, remote 1099 contractor opportunity with compensation based on completed clinical tasks and consultations rather than hourly requirements. There is no minimum hourly commitment. Average monthly compensation is approximately $12,000, depending on licensure coverage, availability, and completed volume. We are specifically seeking providers licensed in 13+ states, with strong preference given to candidates licensed in one or more of the priority states listed below.

Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years of physician experience outside of residency
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
  • Licensed to practice medicine in at least 4 of the required states, with the willingness to obtain additional licenses (CA, TX, FL, NY, IL, CO, PA, AZ, WA, and/or OH).
  • Experience working in a telehealth environment
  • Technical proficiency with computers, telehealth platforms, and tool
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of and an interest in longevity is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Synchronous and Asynchronous patient consultations. When suitable, formulate appropriate prescription plan(s) based on AgelessRx protocols, guidelines, and the Standard of Care, while maintaining independent medical judgment.
  • Participate in Synchronous and Asynchronous ongoing care with patients, including reviewing dosage change requests, responding to patient messages, and other care-related tasks, in accordance with AgelessRx protocols, guidelines, and the Standard of Care, while maintaining independent medical judgment.
  • Process patient requests related to prescriptions, periodic check-ins, and prescription renewals, as relevant, while maintaining independent medical judgment.
  • Maintain EMR records and perform other administrative duties as needed or requested.
  • Communicate with clinical staff as needed to support patient care and perform administrative tasks.
  • Assist with improvement to company processes and internal efficiency, as requested.
  • Undergo training as deemed necessary and needed for your role as a contract prescriber.
  • Participate in team and company meetings as requested.
  • Collaboration meetings with supervising physicians (case reviews, protocol alignment, feedback).
