Upstream's telehealth team is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist skilled in both ortho and pelvic health treatments to support our Mississippi markets. Must be willing to work 3 evenings each week, or 2 evenings and a Saturday (CST). Candidates must reside in a compact state. Why join us? The simple answer – control . Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Mississippi.
- Willingness to work 3 evenings each week, or 2 evenings and a Saturday (CST).
- Reside in a compact state.

Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth physical therapy services for ortho and pelvic health patients.
- Manage caseload and provide 1:1 care.
- Utilize efficient documentation and scheduling systems.
