Upstream's telehealth team is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist skilled in both ortho and pelvic health treatments to support our North Carolina markets. Must be willing to work 3 evenings each week, or 2 evenings and a Saturday (EST). Candidates must reside in a compact state.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina.
- Reside in a compact state.
- Willingness to work 3 evenings each week, or 2 evenings and a Saturday (EST).

Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth physical therapy services specializing in ortho and pelvic health.
- Manage caseload and provide 1:1 patient care.
