About The Position

Local Infusion is seeking a Neurologist licensed in New Jersey to provide virtual neurology care to patients, with a focus on memory care and dementia-related conditions. This is a contract, patient-facing clinical role focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate virtual care to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment. The role requires the neurologist to live in and be licensed in New Jersey and will be performed remotely from NJ.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible neurologist with active, unrestricted medical license(s) in New Jersey
• Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions
• Experience providing antiamyloid therapy and monitoring patients receiving these medications
• Prior telehealth experience required
• Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) capacity with a flexible visit schedule
• Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and care teams

• Willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, with an emphasis on memory disorders and dementia care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions consistent with telehealth standards of care
• Partner with NP and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in the EMR
• Escalate complex or urgent cases per Local Infusion clinical protocols
