About The Position

Local Infusion is seeking a Neurologist licensed in New Hampshire to provide virtual neurology care, focusing on memory care and dementia-related conditions. This is a contract, patient-facing clinical role aimed at increasing patient access and reducing treatment times through high-quality, compassionate virtual care. The role requires the clinician to reside and be licensed in New Hampshire and work remotely from NH.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible neurologist with active, unrestricted medical license(s) in New Hampshire; willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed
• Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions
• Experience providing antiamyloid therapy and monitoring patients receiving these medications
• Prior telehealth experience required
• Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) capacity with a flexible visit schedule
• Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and care teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, with an emphasis on memory disorders and dementia care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions consistent with telehealth standards of care
• Partner with NP and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in the EMR
• Escalate complex or urgent cases per Local Infusion clinical protocols
