About The Position

Centurion is seeking a full-time Regional Telehealth Coordinator to join their team at the Tennessee Regional Office in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is responsible for providing support and coordinating telehealth services statewide. The position requires travel to site locations as needed for training, equipment setup and replacement, and troubleshooting. The Telehealth Coordinator will also ensure security measures are followed and necessary data is tracked.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
One to three years of scheduling the telehealth function for clinics (providers, facilitators, and specialty clinics)
One to three years of reporting
One to three years of supporting clinics, providers, and required technology
One to three years of ongoing project management
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent organization skills

Responsibilities

Providing support to and coordinating the telehealth services statewide.
Serving as the resource for training, equipment set-up and replacement, and troubleshooting.
Ensuring security measures are followed.
Tracking necessary data.
