About The Position

Centria's proprietary CareConnect platform facilitates remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring. The position emphasizes assent-based care, utilizing Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment in natural environments. Centria handles operational logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding, allowing BCBAs to focus on clinical leadership. Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth

  • Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
