Centria Autism is seeking a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services virtually. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining clinical impact by partnering with families and technicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care. The virtual model is designed to support work-life balance and professional fulfillment. The role requires periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria. Centria's proprietary CareConnect platform facilitates remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring. The position emphasizes assent-based care, utilizing Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment in natural environments. Centria handles operational logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding, allowing BCBAs to focus on clinical leadership. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to lead in-home ABA services virtually
- Proficiency in remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Experience with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
- Willingness to travel periodically to the market

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
- Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
