Centria Autism is seeking a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services virtually. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining clinical impact by partnering with families and technicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care. The virtual model is designed to support work-life balance, offering predictable caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams. Centria handles operational logistics, allowing BCBAs to focus on clinical leadership, mentorship, and making a difference in clients' lives. The role involves periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to lead in-home ABA services virtually
- Proficiency in Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
- Willingness to travel periodically to the market

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
- Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
