About The Position
Centria Autism is seeking a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services virtually. This role partners with families and technicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care directly into clients’ homes. The virtual model offers flexibility for those balancing location needs, family priorities, or life changes, with support and tools to stay connected, effective, and fulfilled. The role includes periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to lead in-home ABA services virtually
- Partnering with families and technicians
- Experience with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
- Experience in natural environments that support generalization

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
- Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
