About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services virtually. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining clinical impact by partnering with families and technicians to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. The virtual model provides support and tools for effective and fulfilling work, with periodic travel to the market (expenses paid).

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Ability to lead in-home ABA services virtually
• Proficiency in remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Experience with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
• Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
• Willingness to travel periodically to the market

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
