About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead center-based ABA therapy services virtually. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining connection and community, supported by on-ground professionals. The mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care so every child has the best chance to thrive. The virtual model provides support and tools to stay connected, effective, and fulfilled. The role requires periodic travel to the market, with travel expenses paid by Centria.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience leading ABA therapy services
  • Proficiency in Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
  • Ability to engage parents and provide training
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel periodically to the market

Responsibilities

  • Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
  • Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
