About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services virtually. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining clinical impact by partnering with families and technicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care. The virtual model is designed to support individuals balancing location needs, family priorities, or new life phases, providing the tools to stay connected, effective, and fulfilled. The role includes periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria. The compensation includes a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities that typically average $1,000/month.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Ability to lead in-home ABA services virtually
  • Proficiency in Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
  • Experience with remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Willingness to travel periodically to the market

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
  • Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
