About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services virtually. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining clinical impact by partnering with families and technicians to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. The virtual model provides support and tools for effective remote work, with periodic travel to the market (expenses paid).

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Ability to lead in-home ABA services virtually
Proficiency in Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
Experience with remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring
Willingness to travel periodically to the market

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
