Centria Autism is seeking a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services virtually. This role partners with families and technicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care directly to clients' homes. The virtual model offers flexibility for those balancing location needs, family priorities, or life changes, providing the support and tools to remain connected, effective, and fulfilled. The role requires periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria. Centria offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month). The company provides a proprietary CareConnect platform for seamless remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring. Services are delivered using Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices in natural environments. The role emphasizes real work-life balance with predictable caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams to prevent burnout. Layered support from Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team is available. Operations, including scheduling and technician onboarding, are handled by the operations team. Career growth opportunities include mentoring, clinical training, and leadership roles. Centria invests in employee development through CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and internal training events. Perks include an annual vacation for two, early wage access, a company car or mileage reimbursement, and full benefits. There is no non-compete clause.
