About The Position

Emplify Health is seeking a Telecommunications Service Assistant to join their team. This role involves handling external and internal phone calls for GHS departments/staff on the Onalaska or La Crosse main campuses, while maintaining an empathetic, calm, and professional manner. The position utilizes software application tools to screen calls and determine the best outcome for the caller, supporting various directives. Responsibilities also include pager and on-call schedule administration/activation, emergent events, documentation, and clerical duties as part of call flows.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalency
Strong customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Handling external and internal phone calls for GHS departments/staff on the Onalaska or La Crosse main campuses.
