Telecommunication Engineer

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of IT work experience.
- Proven ability to work independently or as a part of a team under general supervision.
- Ability to coach more junior technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities associated with technical areas within the telecom function (e.g., network design, engineering, implementation, diagnostics or operations/user support).
- Performing complex tasks relating to network monitoring, operations, installation, and/or maintenance for local, off-site, and/or remote locations.
- Configuration, deployment, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and trouble-shooting of network components to provide a secure, high performance network.
- Quality assurance and testing of transmission mediums and infrastructure components.
