About The Position

Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, D.C. office seeks a junior associate (with one to two years of experience) to join its growing telecommunications practice. The D.C.-based telecommunications group advises clients on a broad range of regulatory, transactional, and commercial matters before the Federal Communications Commission, NASA, NOAA, the Department of Commerce, and other federal agencies, courts, and state regulators. Our team also regularly drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors. Requirements

One to two years of experience.
Experience with regulatory and transactional matters in the telecommunications industry.
Good standing with the D.C. Bar or eligible for admission to the D.C. Bar.

Nice To Haves

Experience related to satellite regulations.
Transactional due diligence experience.
Experience drafting commercial agreements on behalf of telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and technology clients.
