About The Position

We’re hiring a Junior Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with paid training, making it a great opportunity for candidates who are new to marketing or looking to turn their customer service experience into a career. You’ll work directly with customers and support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities while developing valuable communication, sales, and marketing skills.

Responsibilities

Represent our clients and marketing campaigns in a professional and positive manner
Interact directly with customers and provide excellent customer service
Answer questions and provide information about products, services, and promotions
Assist with promotional events, campaigns, and community outreach
Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
Help increase customer awareness and interest in featured products or services
Work closely with team members to meet campaign and customer engagement goals
Track basic customer feedback and campaign results
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
