About The Position

This is not a traditional Technical Solution Architect (TSA) role, nor is it a pure developer role. It's for someone who wants to combine stable management with forward-thinking development, while also shaping how D365, AI, and the Microsoft platform are actually used by our clients. At Nexer Enterprise Applications, we work closely with existing solutions and are at the forefront of new technology. Here, you will have a role where you manage, improve, and develop with significant influence over how the work is done. Your role: You will join our Dynamics Tech team, responsible for the overall technical aspects of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. This means you will: Ensure stable operation and further development in existing solutions. Act as technical support and advisor to clients and teams. Drive improvements in architecture, integrations, and performance. Participate in setting the direction for how we work with new technologies such as AI, Copilot, and Power Platform. You will move between the operational and the strategic. In one moment, you will troubleshoot or optimize existing solutions, and in the next, you will discuss how AI or automation can create new future value. You will have time to truly understand the client's business. We work closely with both technology and business without unnecessary layers. You have the mandate to influence solutions, work methods, and technical choices. At the same time, we want to develop. We actively explore how AI, Copilot, and new platform features can be used in daily work, not because they are new, but because they create real value.

Requirements

Solid technical foundation in D365 F&SCM, perhaps as a developer or TSA, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility over time.
Experience with D365 F&SCM (F&O) and preferably Dynamics AX.
Experience with development, integrations, and technical architecture.
Accustomed to working closely with clients and understanding business needs.
Enjoy improving, simplifying, and finding smarter solutions.
Curiosity about AI, Copilot, or Power Platform and a desire to understand how they can be practically applied.
Interest in exploring and developing new technologies.
