About The Position

Kinetic IT is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, impacting multiple business functions such as finance, sales, and operational teams. This role is focused on digital transformation to drive adoption and embed new ways of working in order for the system implementation to achieve real business outcomes. You’ll lead change across the full delivery lifecycle, partnering closely with the project team, implementation partners and business leaders to prepare, implement and embed a new system, processes, roles and responsibilities, ways of working and workflows enabled by Dynamics 365.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering change across enterprise CRM/ERP or business system implementations, with Dynamics 365 experience highly desirable.
  • Broad, end‑to‑end change management capabilitywith a strong understanding of adoption and readiness.
  • Experience working within structured delivery environments and partnering with technical delivery and business SMEs.
  • Able to translate system and process changes into practical implementation and adoption plans that deliver meaningful change for end users.
  • Relevant change management qualification or certification

  • Dynamics 365 experience highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver the change strategy and approach for the Dynamics 365 implementation, aligned to the overall program delivery approach.
  • Identify and assess change impacts across impacted business units, documenting role, process, and behavioural changes.
  • Work with project and business teams to define the future‑state organisation and the business changes required when implementing Dynamics 365.
  • Design and implement fit‑for‑purpose change interventions — including communications, engagement training, and leader enablement
  • Support go‑live, and early life support by ensuring the organisation is ready to transition into BAU operations.
  • Monitor adoption, readiness, and stakeholder feedback post‑go‑live, recommending corrective actions where required.
