About The Position
The Teen & Theater Arts Coordinator will help shape an after-school program where teens can connect, try new things, build confidence, and feel like they belong. This role involves getting to know the teens and using their interests to create engaging activities, with a significant focus on theater arts. The coordinator will lead acting, improv, performances, and other creative expression opportunities. The primary role is to help lead a strong teen program and be a consistent, positive adult presence for the teens.
Requirements
- Experience in theater, drama, or performing arts.
- Must be 23+ years old to work with high school members.
