About The Position

This role is about connecting with teens by meeting them where they are, engaging in their interests like gaming and sports, and helping them build confidence, life skills, and a vision for their future. The Teen Program Specialist acts as a trusted mentor, positive role model, encourager, and consistent presence for middle and high school youth. The position involves creating engaging programs focused on leadership, healthy lifestyles, career readiness, recreation, academics, and community involvement, aiming to make teens feel connected, supported, challenged, and excited to participate.

Responsibilities

  • Help organize tournaments or activities.
  • Assist teens in preparing for job interviews.
  • Help teens complete applications.
