About The Position
Seeking an RBT to lead a small group in a structured transition program focused on ABA, life skills, vocational readiness, social skills, and community experiences.
Requirements
- RBT certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 18+.
- CPR/First Aid and crisis-prevention certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily group activities and implement ABA strategies.
- Support life skills, vocational, and social development.
- Collect data and complete documentation.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and team.
- Prepare lessons and program materials.
