Responsibilities

  • Select and/or train personnel to implement the Sensory Evaluation Program in the plant, in order to obtain a group of certified panelists.
  • Implement a process release program to ensure the quality of the product that goes to market.
  • Evaluate panel performance to determine which panelists need reinforcement.
  • Execute an incentive system to motivate panelists during the program.
  • Coordinate and/or execute the quarterly evaluation by Coca Cola Mexico so that each panelist is evaluated individually.
  • Implement corrective actions in case of process deviations, stopping the process, providing feedback to the involved areas, and requesting product returns as a preventive measure.
  • Record and communicate the results of each panelist to the management and senior management for decision-making during the process; and to constantly validate the performance of the panelist group and the overall progress of the sensory program.
  • Record data for each sampled product and/or raw material to maintain internal control.
  • Design and/or develop and help create all the indispensable documentation to carry out the sensory evaluation program.
