Job Description: Responsible for performing battery charging/replacement on-site to provide emergency service to car rental customers. Main Responsibilities: Provide on-site support and service to RAC (Rental Car) customers with breakdowns, following Localiza's safety standards. Perform systemic vehicle replacement procedures, which involve checks, identification of damage/accidents, use of mobile devices, and completion of Localiza's standard documentation. Conduct battery health tests on replaced cars and be able to identify the need for replacement. Replace the batteries of replaced cars when necessary. Manage the battery inventory, including reverse logistics for batteries to be replaced, as defined by the area's procedure with the supplier. Make the replaced car available to the agency, ensuring it is safe for subsequent rentals. Act in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards through effective participation in training and reporting of potential deviations. Maintain the confidentiality of information handled in your area of expertise, according to Localiza's Code of Ethics and Values Book. Meet the goals established in the current Management Contract through the execution of actions outlined in the goal plan.

Requirements

High school diploma
Basic Office Package skills
Communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Driver's License - Category B
Basic defensive driving knowledge
Basic Electrical/Mechanical knowledge
