Requirements

Completed Higher Education.
Experience with leadership of large teams, processes, and public service.
Experience with goal and indicator management.
Driver's License category B for at least 1 year.
Availability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule at the Airport.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality in customer service at the branch, by monitoring compliance with service standards, tracking satisfaction indicators, seeking adjustments to reinforce service as a differentiator, and guiding and training the involved team.
Ensure fleet quality, by monitoring and managing cars undergoing preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting the technical area in quality control of services performed, using NPS survey results as a benchmark.
Manage the branch's operational fleet, by achieving the utilization target for the agency's productive and unproductive fleet.
Ensure compliance with growth, profitability, and sales goals defined for the branch.
Manage branch results by daily analysis of operational indicators and team performance evaluation.
Uphold the Localiza brand, preserving visual standards for brochures, uniform use, totems, and equipment defined by Marketing.
Engage all employees in a vibrant and passionate vision of serving customers.
