About The Position

Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a TechSIGINT Analyst who will work closely with the software development, systems engineering, and test team to provide signals analysis and subject matter expertise as the team refines and builds applications to enable mission. Experience with ELINT, EWIRDB, and RTM are desired. The candidate should have experience with various enterprise tools. Day to day activities include working with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements, provide insight in application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs.

Requirements

At least 15 years of TechSIGINT analysis experience in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
Experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE , REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus fifteen (15) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity OR Nineteen (19) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Current TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Polygraph Clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ELINT, EWIRDB, and RTM.

Responsibilities

Capture and refinement of system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development priorities.
Performing user and group training as well as assisting in the development of training materials.
Leading outreach activities to grow the product user community.
Development and execution of requirements, test plans and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.
Working with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements.
Provide insight in application design.
Test developed applications and provide feedback.
Work with other SMEs.
