About The Position

As part of the TechOps team, you will design, build, and support a first-class computing environment that keeps our business secure and our employees productive. In this role, you will be the backbone of our in-office technical experience. By ensuring our conference rooms, networking systems, and daily workplace tools run smoothly without interruption, you enable every employee to focus on expanding financial access for everyone.

Requirements

Proven experience troubleshooting basic AV setup issues, specifically with Google Meet or Zoom conference systems.
Experience assisting presenters and running live support for small and large-scale meetings.
Hands-on experience with basic network infrastructure and office hardware troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, user-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

Administration and configuration of cloud identity platforms like Google Workspace or Okta.
Device management and deployment systems using MacOS MDM tools (such as Iru).
Advanced enterprise network architecture and automated systems operations.
Automation of user lifecycle, access control and more.

Responsibilities

Ensure audio-visual (AV) systems in conference rooms and shared office spaces function flawlessly so team members can connect seamlessly across global offices.
Directly troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, monitors, keyboards, and other office desk peripherals, minimizing downtime for your colleagues.
Track and manage on-premise IT and AV inventory (including Google Meet hardware and Apple laptops) to keep our team equipped with the tools they need.
As time permits, assist with non-office and remote technical support requests to ensure equal support across all working environments.
