About The Position

The Transformation Manager – Integrated Program Office will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving company-wide change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, enable innovation, and support long-term business objectives. This role will oversee the transformation portfolio, optimize program management processes and tools, and deliver executive-level reporting to inform decision-making and governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA
  • Demonstrated experience with bi-modal delivery required.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in program or portfolio management, with a focus on enterprise transformation
  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in large portfolio governance, reporting, and tool optimization (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Looker)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in establishing processes and lightweight governance for business agility
  • Successful Enterprise Level delivery and execution across diverse methodology is required.
  • Transformation experience of practices across Portfolio, Program and Finance required
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and waterfall methodologies is required.
  • PMP certification and SAFe RTE 5.0 or higher and SPC 5.0 or higher Certification Required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, business priorities, and value realization targets.
  • Establish and refine portfolio management processes to improve initiative prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking across the transformation landscape.
  • Provide guidance, leadership and transformation support for execution and shorten time to value through waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize program and portfolio management and execution tools to support scalable execution, data integrity, and user adoption across business units.
  • Develop and maintain high-impact dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into program health, portfolio performance, and strategic alignment; deliver insights to senior leadership and governance boards.
  • Partner with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and transformation teams to define program objectives, manage interdependencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.
  • Lead change management efforts including communications, training, and engagement strategies to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues across the portfolio; develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical items to leadership as needed.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance capabilities, and accelerate transformation outcomes.
  • Provide financial management for the Office of the CIO and manage licensing and vendors for Portfolio and Program Management tools and resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and recruit high performing teams through trust, inclusion, and psychological safety. Coach and develops talent, communicate with empathy, and balances employee well-being with accountability and results.
